As a Data Scientist, You Will:

• Collect, clean, and integrate data from various sources.
• Perform data mining to uncover insights and patterns.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.

If AI Backend Development is Your Focus, You Will:

• Develop and maintain backend systems powering AI features using Python and scalable technologies.
• Transform ML models into production-ready, reliable systems.
• Build features like forecasting, anomaly detection, and benchmarking.
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Design and run experiments to inform product decisions.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with strong software design skills.
• Advanced SQL expertise, ideally with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series).
• Familiarity with data manipulation and preparation for ML.
• Basic ML deployment skills (e.g., Git, CI/CD, containers).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LLamaIndex, or Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
• Expertise with visualization tools (e.g., D3, Plotly, ggplot).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable architectures.
