Our main company Rekruter was founded in 2008 with a mission to connect top tech talent with the best companies. Our founder, Jure Košir, started with a focus on the employment of developers, but as the company grew, so did our team and expertise.

And now, with the launch of our new sister brand, Rekrutech, we're expanding our family to include even more tech recruiting experts.

Led by Tanja Germovnik and Patricija Jones, our team takes a personal approach to every search, getting to know both our clients and candidates on a deeper level. We believe that the key to a successful placement is understanding the unique needs and values of each party involved. And with Tomaž Gajser leading our sales efforts and working directly with companies, we ensure that every partnership is built on transparency and a shared commitment to success.
